CORE VALUES
The Boys and Girls Club of Campbell County CARES:
Collaboration: We work effectively within and across teams, engage in our community partners, and celebrate our success together.
Accountability: We do what we say and hold each other to the highest standards. We are authentic, honest, and transparent.
Respect: We honor diversity, equity, and inclusion, treat others with respect, and express gratitude.
Empowerment: We ensure all people have the power and the authority to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Safety: Safety is our number one priority, and we work every day to create a safe and fun environment that provides the greatest opportunities for success.

Our History
The Club first began offering summer programming in June 2001 and daily after school programming in January of 2002. From that time the Club has served well over 10,000 youth from Campbell County (including Gillette, Rozet, and Wright). In the summer of 2014, our previous facility was sold and we relocated to our current facility in the Gillette Learning Center (formerly Lakeview School), which was provided through a partnership with the City of Gillette. Since then, our program continues to grow each and every year.

Our focus is on ALL children, especially those who need us most, to help them become productive, caring, and responsible citizens. We strive to take the children who need us most, provide them the best quality Club experience, in order to help them reach positive outcomes of healthy lifestyles, academic success, and strong character development. Members benefit from trained, caring, professional staff and volunteers who help young people take control of their lives, envision productive futures and reach their goals. For the past 23 years we have been dedicated to ensuring that our communities children have greater access to quality programs and services that will enhance their lives and shape their futures. With our success; however, comes the truth that there are still countless boys and girls who could benefit from our services, which is why we continuously seek opportunities to grow and recruit Club members.

“My kid loves going. He gets great care and great food at a great price. They are also very flexible with our crazy schedules. What is best for kids is obviously their 1st priority.”
