Brittney Locken
Chief Executive Officer
Brittney began her journey with the Boys & Girls Club of Campbell County in 2017 as a Youth Development Professional and was promoted to Program Coordinator in 2019. In this role, she strengthened program quality and increased member engagement, while also leading efforts to continue serving youth during COVID - related closures.
After earning her degree in Elementary Education from Black Hills State University, Brittney became a sixth-grade teacher at Wagonwheel Elementary. Her connection to the Club remained strong, and she continued her involvement by serving three years on the Board of Directors, holding roles including Secretary, Vice-Chair, and Resource & Development Committee Coordinator.
Brittney earned her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2023 and, that same year, returned to the Club as the Chief Executive Officer. Today, she leads with a deep commitment to doing "Whatever It Takes" to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
